I spent years as a registered nurse before making the leap into narration — and it turned out to be a natural one. Nursing taught me how much connection matters: showing up for people, easing what’s hard, helping someone feel a little better. Storytelling does something similar. Books, and audiobooks especially, give people a place to escape to — and narrating them is just another way I get to connect with people.
